Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept Visa and MasterCard. We deliver the finest care at a reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (206) 935-1855. Most of the time, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are ultimately fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Financing

Although our office isn't able to set up long term financing, we do work very closely with health care finance companies that offer wonderful programs to help patients receive ideal dentistry today, yet pay it off over terms as long as 60 months. Their programs range from 1 year interest free to 5 years at a low interest rate.

This program has been amazing at helping many of our patients become as healthy as they can as quickly as they want.

Please ask out treatment coordinator about our finance partners so that she can give you more information.

 

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame.

Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan, this must be done prior to the actual procedure.

Any insurance balance, still unpaid after 90 days becomes your responsibility.
